What does Calm Under Tension mean?BODY & MIND: It is the feeling of calm you must evoke through presence of mind and conscious, continuous breathing while holding a challenging yoga pose.
FIBER: It is the process of stress that fiber under goes when being spun into yarn. It must be stretched, fluffed, pulled, twisted, then later sometimes slightly untwisted before it can become the beauty we know and love called yarn.
SPIRIT & ART: It is the sense of peace you must find within yourself when the chaotic world is swirling round you and simultaneously telling and demanding everything from you. This peace or calm is what you need to be able to proceed and reach your highest success
No matter what situation you find yourself in currently, there is always a positive way to proceed. You must know deep down inside that you can do it, otherwise, no one can truly help you. For as the wise Buddhist ones say, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
